Welcome to North Brent School

 

Dr bonelliNBS is the latest addition to the highly successful Wembley Multi-Academy Trust. It shares the same ambition, aspiration and expectations as the other schools in the Trust, both of which boast the highly-coveted Ofsted “Outstanding” rating. We provide a supportive, enriching environment in which students thrive, driven by our vision of “Achievement for All”.

At present our students are accommodated on the premises of Wembley High Technology College, sharing its vision focused around academic excellence for all. They relish the rigour and demands of the curriculum, while enjoying the support and the exceptional level of pastoral care provided by the inclusion team. We expect all the students in our care to grow into successful, well-rounded citizens of the future, able to make a difference within their community as well as on a global scale.

Our facilities will be equipped with the latest technology and will provide a top-class sports environment alongside spacious, modern classrooms offering students an ideal setting for their learning to take place.

Applications to train to teach with North West London Train to Teach are now open

Wembley Multi-Academy Trust is delighted to announce that applications for teacher training with North West London Train to Teach are open. Over the years, we have developed strong partnerships with Teach First and Ambition Institute. We are in a unique position where we can offer trainees a choice from two delivery partners for SCITT. The North West London Teaching School Hub provides high-quality training and support across Brent, Barnet and Enfield through the Early Careers Framework and National Professional Qualification (NPQ) courses for middle, senior and executive leaders. We look forward to meeting you at one of our recruitment days. North Brent School isn’t just an educational institution but rather a place where young people can develop into thoughtful and resourceful students who are ready to adapt to a constantly evolving society. It offers a rich and ambitious education to its students and ensures that they are always in a place where they feel safe. It is a supportive setting offering opportunities for students to explore and to clarify their thinking around their own beliefs and values; it encourages us to recognise and respond to individual and institutional prejudices both overt and subtle by giving us the education and tools to think deeply around the subjects. Our school isn’t one determined just by teachers and those higher up, but rather it is a school where pupils’ voices can be heard and can be translated into action. The school has high expectations of its students, not because it expects them to be perfect but rather because teachers know that they are able to achieve higher goals. Our school prioritises the well-being of its students and encourages them to independent. North Brent School wants to create strong voices and effective citizens who can shape communities and lives.
